5 /5 Holly Long: A friend and I came for a Sunday roast and it was one of the best roast dinners I think I’ve ever had. A little pricy but honestly it was delicious. I had the nut roast and my friend had the chicken. No complaints. The cauli cheese was the best part for sure! Has lots of non alc beer options which I appreciated.

5 /5 Lisa Gwennap: Cant believe weve not discovered this excellent pub before now. Perfect location, very friendly staff, excellent accommodation and the best food weve eaten out. We had an evening meal and breakfast both of which 10/10. Will definitely visit again.

5 /5 ben potter: We have just come back from the Whitehorse after a night away for our anniversary. Right from the offset to the departure of the service was fantastic. The staff are really friendly. We stayed in the Dante room which sits remotely just above the main bar and restaurant, and his ideally situated out of the way for peace and quiet. The food was fantastic. Our main courses were Thai green curry and Asian duck. Breakfast was also great lots to choose from as well as cooked breakfast. All in all I’ll be was 375 and that included room afternoon drinks and nibbles two courses for dinner accompanied by drinks and breakfast. Definitely go back again thanks for a great night.

5 /5 Sonja Holden: We went to the White Horse Inn for a celebratory birthday lunch for my father in-law and were really pleasantly surprised. The pub doesnt look much from the outside but inside it is tastefully furnished, convivial layout with tables and an area to stand at the bar for a drink. Service was exceptional and our server did an epic job, listening to my husbands food intolerance and making some changes to the dishes, even though we were happy to forgo some items on a dish in order not to be awkward. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. The starters were a particular highlight. They even made a little birthday platter with a message and mini tart with the candles I had brought. The little touches in the bathrooms and at the tables show how much this place is cared for. All in all, a lovely place to have lunch, we will certainly go back, perhaps also to try out the rooms.
