5 /5 Lyndsey Forfar: We had an amazing brunch at utter waffle this morning. We hadn’t booked but the lovely host found us a table straight away. The waffles were YUM! The coffee art was amazing! And the service was so friendly and warm. Will definitely be back to try more of the delicious waffles!

As a broke student they make fabulous food accessible. The service is always amazing, thank you to James for taking good care of me today.

5 /5 scarlet phelan: Me and my partner have been regulars at Utter Waffle for years, and there’s a good reason why! Katie and Rowan are absolutely fabulous, they always make us (and our dog Sadie!) feel so welcome and looked after. There are very few places that make me feel so at home and genuinely happy every time I visit. It’s not just amazing food (the waffle in PJs and the Satay Away are our favourites), it’s the people, the atmosphere, and the love that goes into everything they do. 5 /5 Sarah: A simply lovely place with a cosy, local vibe. Delicious brunch and really friendly service. I had the James, Jules and the Giant Peach, which is up there with one of my favourite London brunches, and my friend had the Dippy Eggs, which she also really enjoyed. We stayed for a few hours and had coffees too, it was very relaxed. Food came promptly. All-in-all a great experience, and a perfect addition to Herne Hill.
