Table & Candle have a great concept, the chef Phillippe Sonou was incredible, the food delicious and the wine pairing worked well. Samantha was an amazing host. Thank you for a wonderful evening. David Brydon Fantastic meal at Fish central! Our chef was super friendly and attentive, we were given a delicious fish cake as an aperitif on the house. The fish was fresh and perfectly battered, chips were crispy not greasy. We also got the whitebait, which was top notch. We wanted to return, as it was so good, but didnt have enough days!

Inger Margrete Hansen Where do I even begin? After years on my list, Sessions Arts Club more than lived up to the anticipation. Set within the grand rooms of the Old Sessions House, the space itself feels steeped in memory — high ceilings, history in the walls, and a sense that time moves differently once you’re inside. The duck pâté and cheese platter were standouts, rich and deeply satisfying, and beautifully matched with an exceptional wine selection. It’s clear that wine here is not an afterthought but a philosophy. Their Lost Wines series captures that perfectly: bottles rescued from forgotten cellars, restored with care, and given a second life. Knowing that the glass in front of you carries a story, only deepens the experience. A truly special evening — and one I’m already planning to repeat.

Sophie Bruxner-Randall Omg I LOVE this place. Didn’t have a reservation on a Saturday night but the waitress put us on the waitlist and sat us outside with some happy hour beers and dumplings. Once we got inside, we had so much fun and all the food was great. It’s a fun lively atmosphere and the food and cocktails are so reasonable priced. No frills, just brilliant food and a great time.

David Oliphant Hard to explain how fantastic this restaurant is. It has a welcoming and cosy dining room. The food is amazing, I had halibut with North African vegetables preceded by Ceviche of razor clams. The waiter was tremendous (aside from the funny fact that I never got to see the ‘actual’ wine list). He pointed us to his favourite food and wine and all his recommendations were quite beyond outstanding. One of the best meals I have ever had…. Thank you team Cloth.
