Dylan Lynn I’ve been to about every food van in horley and Crawley and oh my… this is EASILY the greatest food van in the area. Firstly, the baguette is soft and not a single hard corner which you get allot with food van, tastes and feels fresh out a bakery, the choice variety is off the charts, 20+ different meals to choose from, a good drink variety, nice snacks, nice hot drinks… not a single bad thing to say. Even the halloumi is perfect, not rubbery or plasticky. The brown sauce is amazing. The 2 ladies serving here are polite and friendly and can have a good laugh with them, so if you’ve been looking for the best food van around, stop looking cause you have found it. They even ask if you want to put your email for a digital receipt like it don’t get much better than that. And prices are amazing for being so close to the airport. Never going to another food van again. 10/10 in every aspect!

Kaustubh Gandhi Food quality is amazing and quite authentic. Esp. Khamni is a must try. Even vadapav, chole bhature, bhajiya, etc - all very authentic. Place to sit is limited - we got it in few mins - esp as its more of a fast food joint.

Saori Coster We stopped for dinner without a reservation. Although the restaurant was fairly busy, we were given a lovely table. The food was great and nothing was too much trouble for the restaurant staff. A big thank you to Renato for making our evening very special. Well be back very soon.

Doris Chan Food is tasty but expensive. Randang beef is £19.50, it was good but quite small portion. My Singapore laksa was tasty but the fried tofu has gone off. They took laksa off the bill which was the decent thing to do. Our waitress was helpful even she is very new and try to accommodate. Their Jasmin tea is out of this world (by Jing), I am a Chinese tea drinker and recognise it’s really good tea. Deco and atmosphere a bit tired. Not really comfortable and it’s not a place I want to hang out too long and do cocktails. Though they are doing a really good offer on 2 for 1 on cocktails, it was just a really cold day to have cocktails.

Nichole J. This place is absolutely charming. I’m a sucker for unique decor and green color (and anything velvet)! You get that, and great food, friendly service, and pretty cool music too.

Nara Lam Popped into Old Town 97 in Brentford for a meal and it was a solid experience. The drinks were a great start, the Iced Yuan Yang was very authentic, and the Iced Lemon Tea was refreshing with a lovely citrus fragrance. For the mains, we tried the famous LSE Fried Rice. It’s egg fried rice topped with a smooth egg gravy and black pepper chicken chop; it had great "wok hei" and was very satisfying. We also had the Three Meat Roast Combo (roast duck, char siu, and roast pork), which was decent and met expectations, would say the roast pork was slightly fatty. The Salt and Pepper Squid was a real highlight, perfectly seasoned and very tasty. Squid just perfect, not too chewy. We finished with some dim sum: the Chive Dumplings and Steamed Spare Ribs with Black Bean Sauce, both were well made and consistent. Reliable spot for comforting Cantonese food. Will be back!
