Zaaffran Restaurant - Sutton

Rating: 3.6 /5
Sanober Zaaffran is a must-visit Pakistani restaurant! It is located away from the busy areas, making it a hidden gem. The lacha paratha is one of the best I have ever had, and my friend and I enjoyed it so much that we took some home with us. Their samosa chaat, lamb karahi, and channa dal are also very tasty and authentic. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the service is friendly and efficient. Zaaffran is a great addition to the food scene, offering a delicious alternative to mainstream options. If you are looking for high-quality Pakistani cuisine and are willing to venture beyond Tooting, this is the place to go!

David Tran Lovely ambience. Authentic Italian food served from the kitchen you can see from the dining area. You feel like being transported to a diner somewhere in Italy and the pasta and pizza are excellent. The price is reasonable and no service charge is added. Definitely will come back to try the other dishes.

Rida Giballa "We had a fantastic experience at Harvester Sutton, made truly special by our server, Matt. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely professional throughout our entire meal. From ensuring our drinks were topped up to making sure the food arrived perfectly, nothing was too much trouble for him. It’s rare to receive such high-quality service with such a friendly, positive attitude. Matt is an absolute credit to the team—we’ll definitely be back soon!"

ChefCheer - Sutton

Rating: 4.9 /5
Jamie Roberts We’ve been driving past ChefCheer for weeks and finally decided to give it a go one Sunday evening. The restaurant was very quiet and its relatively small inside. Decor and music made us feel like we’re back home in Egypt. This Iraqi/Persian food is so so good. Really generous portions and super tasty. We were given a complimentary bowl of lentil soup, which I would 100% go back for! The lamb kozi just melted in your mouth and the mixed grill was delicious. The only disappointment was the okra stew which was a little slimey. There looked like there’s a large table toward the back but otherwise tables are for 2-4 people. If you’re a big group I would recommend booking. We need to give this local restaurant some love! We can’t wait to go back and try some of the other dishes.
