What Clients Are Saying Taste of Lahore Southall (GG)
5 /5 Saqib Ali Official: I tried their Charsi Chicken Karahi, fried and grilled fish, and grilled chicken with fries. The food was well-prepared and flavorful, the environment was clean and pleasant, and the staff was courteous and professional. Overall, it was a good dining experience.
4 /5 Mohsin Zameer: Taste of Lahore in Southall is where the name truly comes to life. This isnt just another branch—its the one that sets the bar.
The food here is amazing, and the lamb is the absolute star. In the karahi or handi, its fall-apart tender, deeply spiced, and incredibly flavorful. Its clear why regulars swear by this location above all others.
You get that classic Southall buzz—lively, authentic, and always packed. The naan is fresh, the portions are generous, and the service keeps up with the pace.
If you want the definitive Taste of Lahore experience, this is the best branch for food taste, hands down. For spectacular Punjabi cooking, especially where lamb is concerned, look no further.
4.5/5 - Consistently excellent.
5 /5 Rashid Mazakka: I recently visited this restaurant and was genuinely impressed by the quality and authenticity of the food. The Pakistani dishes were flavorful and felt truly authentic, offering great value for the money. The haleem was a standout—rich, delicious, and served in a generous portion that exceeded expectations. The grilled chicken was equally impressive, perfectly cooked and far larger than what most places offer. Even the smaller details were well done: the tea was hot and satisfying, and the bread was wonderfully crispy. I also tried the mojito; although the price was slightly on the higher side, the taste and freshness made it worth it.
Beyond the food, the service added to the experience. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and made the visit comfortable. Overall, this restaurant provides excellent food, good portions, and warm hospitality. It’s definitely a place worth returning to and recommending.
5 /5 Ibrahim Mansuri: Had a great experience at Taste of Lahore! The food was delicious and full of authentic flavour. We ordered the chicken karahi, seekh kebabs, and gajjar halwa — everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and served hot. The karahi had the perfect desi taste, the kebabs were juicy and flavourful, and the halwa was rich and comforting. Definitely a good spot if you’re craving proper Pakistani food. Would recommend and will be coming back again!
Sapna Saxena One of the best place to have proper Punjabi food. They are famous for their stuffed Kulchas which are served Chole, raita and salad.
We also ordered Chicken Tikka and butter chicken with garlic naan which was just amazing. Apt on flavours and great portion size.
Service is quick and fresh food is served which is piping hot.
Keema Kulcha is proper mutton keema which has smoky spicy flavours. Goes so well with Raita and Chana masala. Achar and salad served make it extra rich in flavours.
They also give a dollop of butter which is must for a proper Punjabi stuffed parantha or Kulcha.
If you are in London and craving for fresh authentic Punjabi food, don’t look anywhere else just check for Kulcha Express.
Rahul Sharma One of the best places to eat in the neighborhood if you are craving desi food. We tried samosa chat, dahi chat and Bombay sandwich for starter and it was amazing. I cant recommend aloo paratha and Chaney batoore enough. Host Simran was very nice and helpful.
Hamza Suleman Had a really great experience at Amigos. The food was absolutely delicious , fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. You can really taste the quality and the portions are generous too.

Saqib Ali Official Visited Chutnee Restaurant and really enjoyed their food. The Malai Chai was smooth and flavorful, and the Kebab & Tikka Loaded Chips were perfectly cooked with a great balance of spices. A must-try for anyone who enjoys good food.
