5 /5 Jarrod Hunt: I love this pub. Very local as opposed to the big one up the road. Very friendly staff and good service. Food menu is not massive but good value, and has something for everyone. The beer garden is lovely, with a nice view over to the cricket pitch across the stream. Definitely worth a visit!
5 /5 Kia Brailsford: Lovely little place with scenic views, good prices and a varied selection of drinks. As well as welcoming and personal staff.
5 /5 Sian Kelly: This pub has just been taken over by the lovely Vicki and Tony. It is so full of olde world charm, with lovely beams and sloping floor. It’s gorgeous, just so quirky! The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the garden is beautiful, with a little wooden bridge going over the river to the cricket pitch. Amazing location.
5 /5 oliver brand: Staff are friendly, beer options are great- can’t wait for summer for in the beer garden!!
5 /5 Echorose Benning: Lovely pub at the end of the high st, kept clean & serves a good pint ❤️
Quizzes are every thursday at 7 and they’re great fun too.
A H We go here regularly as it is our local Indian. Service is always quick and staff friendly. Food also very good and we always get given free poppadoms!
Mahima Suleir The staff were really nice and welcoming, especially the guy who served us. The food was 10/10, fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was great too. I definitely recommend this place!
Kiki C Super dog friendly cafe with friendly staff. We were very welcomed with our two dogs. There were a lot of dogs in the cafe but the staff didnt mind them being sat or laid down in the middle ( a very awkward place, we know). Our dogs were even given dog treats. Food was great too.
Will definitely come back.
Rinal Gadhia The food were in small portions however absolutely delicious, very less vegetarian options but its worth trying. Service was really good as well.
Peter Scott What a lovely Sunday lunch. Booked for two today and couldnt have been better. Beef was superb and succulent and the veggies cooked to perfection. Rounded off with two pints of red bitter. Highly recommend if youre seeking a traditional village pub atmosphere with great food and friendly service.
Molly Richardson I have become somewhat of a regular at The Crown recently as I work a few days a week nearby and I absolutely love staying there. The rooms are so lovely, a friendly, quaint and luxurious feel. The hotel has a great location close to lots of lovely restaurants and not too far from Amersham tube/train station for a journey into London. I will keep coming back every week Im sure.
My job starts early in the morning so I have only been able to make the breakfast twice, but it is amazing!! Definitely would recommend.
