2 /5 Bassy Dr: The woman that done my hair was really nice and fit my in last minute which was the only great thing I can say. She had a booking for waxing within my appointment too and was rushing. I confirmed the price of fitting in my extensions on the phone which was £150 (expensive for JUST an installation), she only clamped half of my extensions. Again, somebody was waiting for a wax then I said it’s fine she can deal with them as I don’t want my hair done in a rush. At the end, she TRIMMED the bottom of my extensions which took her 1-2 minutes maximum and charged me £25 extra! No styling, no proper haircut and the extra charge for cutting was not mentioned prior. For £150 you’d think she’d at least style and layer hair but nope. I am on holiday 4 days later and some hair has already come out. I moved into the area and wanted to find someone to do my hair every few weeks, wouldn’t return here based off that alone.

5 /5 Vrioni Jasmine: I’ve had my hair cut at Ace Salon by Marsha, who is an excellent hairdresser. She’s very gentle and takes great care—she also did my mum’s hair beautifully. Olga and another stylist (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) were also amazing! The whole team is professional, friendly, and really skilled. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Natasha Yeshua: Olga saved my hair, I cannot thank her enough ❤️ I will be returning soon I had my hair coloured by an awful colourist called Brittany Tuck, she absolutely destroyed the previous colour I had which I asked her to refresh - see first 2 images. Please stay away, she did not offer to correct or any sort of compensation, she has blocked me. 2 days later I booked an appointment with Olga. What a godsend! I came to the salon with no hope at all, I was genuinely terrified my hair could not be repaired, Olga worked her magic and I left beaming - see last image Thank you so much xxx
