5 /5 Amelia Laughlin: My go-to spot for 6 months now. All the nail techs are brilliant. When I bring in a reference photo they always nail the design. They also give great advice about color, shape and which extension style will suit your hands. They are super quick and efficient. Great communication and customer service. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Moshit Barel: I’ve been coming to EC2 Nails for a few years and always appreciated the service, especially from Mina, who is lovely and does a great job. Unfortunately, my recent experiences haven’t been as pleasant. One of the younger staff members has been quite rude and makes me feel uncomfortable during my visits. The last time I was there, I made a simple request, and she responded with a snarky attitude that made me feel really uncomfortable — that was the moment I decided not to return. A friend of mine also stopped going because of the same person, which says a lot. It’s such a shame, as I used to really like this place.
