1 /5 freda r: Horrible. The hairdresser lady didn’t understand my request and continued to do it then tried to cover her mistakes by a rough blow dry. I left with rough blow-dried hair and when it was damped I found that the upper layer was much shorter than the under layer, the whole haircut did not trim well. Not asymmetrical in the front and is supper cliffy on the side. Just take a look at the edges of the third pic, and tell me this is a salon quality. I’m in a super bad mood and today is Chinese new year I have to have dinner with friends on a horrible hair like this. Definitely not coming back again. If you want a short haircut, don’t come here, the hairdresser is unprofessional even less than amateur

My updo was stunning and the nail technician was a perfectionist that gave me a beautiful mani pedi. I am a big fan and will visit next time I am in London!

Since I moved to London from Spain I struggled a lot to find a nice hairdresser, everyone overcharged a lot and my last experiences they didn’t do a good job and I had to come back to them to fix it Ricky is very good, you can see his concentration to make sure that your hair looks good , it’s amazing . Prices goood ! They are always giving you an smile and making you feel comfortable I become a loyal customer :)
