1 /5 Antonia: I was extremely disappointed with the Signature Massage. Instead of an actual massage, the therapist merely applied oil with very light pressure, showing no attention to muscle tension or areas of concern. When I asked if the pressure could be increased, the therapist declined, explaining that I had not booked a deep tissue massage. My partner had a similar experience with a different therapist, which suggests that this lack of pressure and focus is a company policy for the Signature Massage. For £185, this service is nothing short of shocking and far below expectations.

5 /5 roshni _: My most recent visit to the spa was so relaxing. A very warm welcome on arrival and such attentive staff. The pool is beautiful and the spa is well maintained and regularly cleaned. The steam room and saunas were a lovely way to unwind.

1 /5 Eileen McCaughey: Was gifted a voucher for a massage and my friend was told I could use facilities when I booked. When booking told they have changed the policy and I cannot use the facilities. Also asked if I would like to cancel my massage if “ it wasn’t aligned with my expectations”. Found that quite passive aggressive and rude. Have used the hotel for personal and business events in past but this has really put me off. For a 5 star hotel the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

From the moment you come in the environment is so relaxing, loved music and the smell, the lights, but specially the woman that gave me the massage, she was so gentle, respectful and kind. Can’t wait to come back and be able to use the rest of the spa.
