First, I want to thank the reception team for their kind and professional behavior; I was very pleased and satisfied with their approach.
However, I was not satisfied with the laser session itself. Since most of my leg hair is blonde and does not require treatment, I purchased the full package specifically for the darker areas. Unfortunately, the darker areas were treated with very high speed, low precision, and a low laser setting, and I noticed almost no effect in those areas.
Regarding my underarms, only two shots were applied to one of them. When I mentioned this to the technician, they said it was fine. For the other underarm, where more shots were applied and more time was spent, I noticed some results. However, in the first underarm, only two small areas had hair removed, while the rest was left untreated or done with very low attention and care.
This experience has affected my trust in your treatments. If the sessions were performed with more care and precision, I would have continued with more sessions willingly. As it stands, I am very dissatisfied and hesitant to continue further sessions.
