1 /5 Anna: I previously left a review on Treatwell (attached here with screenshots) regarding my recent nail appointment at this salon, but since I haven’t received any response to my emails, I’m posting this here for transparency.
First of all, I want to clarify that I never complained about arriving 15 minutes late. That was my responsibility, and I fully accepted it. The issue was not about timing — it was about the quality and safety of the service.
During the session, the nail technician used the drill care in a very unprofessional and painful way, which caused visible wounds on my fingers. When acetone was applied on top of those open areas, it stung badly and became extremely uncomfortable, so I had to stop the session.
I later contacted the salon by email (on Thursday) and sent a follow-up as well, but they haven’t replied to either message. At this point, it’s not just about a refund — it’s about basic professionalism and customer safety.
I appreciate that they offered a free session afterwards, but given what happened, I don’t feel comfortable going back. I genuinely hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and reviews its hygiene and client care standards.
