5 /5 Kristen Gayagoy: Soooo delicious!! Best tapas we’ve ever had. Definitely pricey, but so worth is. My favorites were the tacos with potato on it, the chicken croquettes, and the Spanish tortilla. Will definitely go back if in the area again!

I visited 3 Capote y Toros Ltd on Brompton Road, London, and was very disappointed by the poor management and unprofessional, confused staff. From the start, we felt unwelcome as new customers. The waiters seemed offhand and , mostly because of the poor management who was — rude and unprofessional. We were shocked to be charged £13 per glass for house wine, which is absurd. The food was very average; nothing special at all. The so-called Spanish tapas consisted of basic items like bread and tomato, with no real quality to justify the price. What truly ruined the experience was the manager raising his voice and arguing with us over a simple request to move us from an outdoor to an indoor table. And offered using the bar which was messy and not clean !!The customer service was offhand , humiliating, and completely unacceptable — especially given the restaurant’s location, which deserves much better. This was my first and definitely last visit. Overall, I rate this place zero stars. A complete disappointment.
