Joel Miller Stopped by The Phoenix recently and it’s genuinely one of the better bars I’ve been to around this area — easily deserves 5 stars. The place has a really easygoing feel to it. It’s lively enough to have a good atmosphere, but still chilled so you can actually relax and enjoy yourself. It just feels like a proper local spot where you’re comfortable straight away. Big shoutout to Sam as well — Sam was the best server there. He was absolutely amazing the whole time we were there. Really friendly, quick to help, and just made everything run smoothly without any fuss. Service like that honestly makes such a difference to your night. Another big plus is the prices. For London, they’re very good, and you actually feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. All in all, great vibes, great value, and standout service from Sam. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Natasha huggett Just been here for lunch had a really cheap filling meal, good service and relaxed environment with great music. Had the curried goat , rice and peas and coleslaw and a bottle of water for ÂŁ7.00 Tasty, filling and great flavour, meat was tender and delicious! Beef and cheese patties needs bit more spice!

Ash Baigent You can’t beat these £5 pizzas! This is my local and I go here as often as I can. The pizzas are great, there’s not always a huge amount of protein on them but for a fiver you can’t complain. I’ve been getting into the “carbonara” recently which comes with a hash brown on top! Sometimes the dough is still a little soft in areas and when it’s busy there are long queues but worth it for a cheap tasty and filling dinner.

// K A I L E I G H // Came here for a birthday dinner and had an amazing time! The place is decorated so beautifully and the lovely waiter, I think his name was Kesha, was so kind and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the food!!! Especially the chorizo tortilla, red wine meatballs, and sizzling prawns! Couldn’t recommend the place enough! Thank you for an incredible evening ♄

Osas Emmy Had my bridal shower on the 16th of Jan 2026 and I must say I had the most remarkable time ever at TALL Lounge Camberwell.. we were about 56 guest and Emmanuel was super efficient and exceptional in delivering at the bar to all my guest. The waiters served so promptly every course as we had a three course meal and it was soooooo filling, delicious we all wanted more. My ladies and I were fascinated at the beauty of the lounge and our dinner was absolutely delicious. The welcome drinks and cocktails were top notch. I must say I had a good planning structure with Tolu she was so kind, listened and disseminated my exact plan to limelight all the way. I must also commend Emmanuel he ensured that all of us were satisfied. Will be back again this year for my mums 70th cos we had a great time
