I opted for the classic Masala Dosa, and it was perfectionâcrisp and wafer-thin on the outside, light and slightly spongy towards the centre, and filled with a perfectly seasoned, fluffy potato mash. The accompanying sidesâthe warm, savoury sambar and the trio of freshly made, intensely flavoured chutneys (especially the sharp coconut chutney)âelevated the dish from a simple pancake to a complex, satisfying meal.
Beyond the dosas, the rest of the menu maintains the same standard, focusing on freshness and aromatic spices over heavy cream or oil. The curries offer a fantastic depth of flavour and a pleasant heat that never overwhelms.
