1 /5 MD AMINUR RAHMAN: I ordered a takeaway from Charminar Restaurant, Green Street last night and had a very disappointing experience. It was extremely busy, but I waited over 30 minutes for my food with no proper communication. The guy at the cash counter showed no hospitality at all—he was busy on his phone and didn’t seem to care about customers waiting. Basic customer service was completely missing. I ordered tandoori chicken with butter naan and chicken biryani, but unfortunately the food was not great in taste and did not meet expectations. Overall, poor service, long waiting time, and average food. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

5 /5 Md Shamim: The mandi here was absolutely delicious! We ordered the mixed mandi, which came with a generous portion of lamb, chicken tikka, chicken tandoori, fish fry, and biryani all perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The portion size was great for the price £30 and definitely worth it. For dessert, we tried the cream fruit salad £5.99 and fruit ka meetha custard £3.99 both were fresh, sweet, and the perfect way to end the meal.

4 /5 Wasim Farook: I great option to eat at when in east London. Their Sunday special - Lamb Mandi was really nice. I surely recommend it. However they fall to the same issue as everyone else in the uk, the Mandi turns cold very soon. I wonder if it should be brought even hotter. We had mixed Mandi which came with generous amounts and variety of meats. Recommend trying that, they do have a lot of combos so have a look to see what works best. Their Irani chai was a welcome to the palette, especially after the tea we had at a stall just minutes before which was nothing more than a badly prepared Royal Chai powder mix that was overcharged. In short, try their Irani chai. We also tried their malai rabdi, which was a let down. Tasted and texture too was just the rasmalai milk, very liquidy. Gahar halwa was good, but not the best. Felt it was missing a hyderbadi richness to it. Looking forward to trying their biryani.

The authentic Hyderabadi haleem here is absolutely excellent I didn’t expect to find this kind of taste in London. Truly a 10/10 experience! He was attentive, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. We truly appreciate his dedication and positive attitude highly recommend his service!
