5 /5 Wonders Of The World: Theres a young boy here with glasses. He cleans the tables and sweeps the floors!! Hes very hardworking and respectful. Everywhere needs an employee like him. I appreciate him.

1 /5 Lauren Gordelier: I was served by a kind lady at the till who was friendly and ensured she got my order correct. One of the girls was rude, she called out two hot chocolates, one with and one without cream i assumed this was for one order with how she said it. Apparently, one of them was mine, which, due to how it was said, I am not sure how i was meant to know that. Then i had to wait about 5/10 more minutes for the hot chocolate to be made, and instead of sorting it out professionally, she went up to a customer saying they took the wrong hot chocolate and made me feel stupid. The system does not work to just call out drinks, especially if it is not your full order, as there is no way to tell it is your order. After all this, they called out a hot chocolate for me, and someone had also ordered a hot chocolate, so they took mine. However i will note it was a stressful time of day as they were busy and i work in a cafe so i understand how it can get stressful but i still believe that staff should remain polite.

4 /5 Sevgi: This is a nice location for Pret A Manger! It’s large and there are always seats available if you wanted to sit in. I ordered a latte while my sister went for a cheese panini and a cranberry, raspberry and pomegranate juice. I enjoyed the coffee and she enjoyed her panini.
