Tanjin Visited Milagos Restaurant today and had a great experience. The Loaded Box Meal was delicious and worth it great variety with tacos, a juicy burger slider, crispy chips, and fresh salad. The grilled chicken and wings were juicy, well-seasoned, and full of flavour with plenty of sauce options. Friendly service and great value for money. Highly recommend.Will definitely be back!

Sanz R Loved the breakfast the halal sausage was very nice, as it’s kinda hard to fine good halal sausage. Not big of a caffeine person, so that was meh. Hoha Fitness Grounded Bow is one of the best brunch spots I’ve visited in East London. The atmosphere is bright, modern, and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a solo coffee. I ordered the Beef Full English Breakfast, and it was excellent, generous, well cooked, and full of flavour. Everything on the plate tasted fresh, and you could tell real care goes into the ingredients. The coffee here is also a highlight: smooth, strong, and perfectly prepared. Overall, Grounded Bow delivers on quality, service, and atmosphere, I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and tasty brunch in East London

Alex Passed this place many times, but first time that we managed to have a brunch there. Loves the savory crepes so much that we also ordered some sweet ones for dessert.
