1 /5 Aqsa: I went to Urban Chocolatiers today to get my desert. I got it for takeaway and when I got home to eat it, the bottom was completely burnt. Before i even took a bite, i could smell that it was burnt. Im very disappointed and when I called them multiple times, no one picked up which led to write this review. Its a shame that it went to waste and i wasted my money. Save your money and time, because clearly they won’t care about your food if you get it for takeaway and wont even answer your call.

Their desserts are rich, indulgent, and beautifully presented. The specially strawberry Waffle is a must-try — perfectly crisp, soft in the middle, and topped with fresh, juicy strawberries that balance sweetness and freshness so well. The staff are friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. Whether you’re craving waffles, sundaes, or chocolate delights, Urban Chocolatier never disappoints. Highly recommended!

4 /5 Naila the Foodie: This branch of UC has a calming atmosphere, wonderful service - particularly from Sanaa (I think thats the correct name), the hijabis server. Whom helped us out with any queries & needs we had, plus she was very kind in delivering our food. Oh, yes, how could I forget? The food here is also really tasty! The Bubblelicious sundae has been my mums favourite here for years, she orders it almost every time and this branch managed to make it just the way she likes it. I tried their Mango Smoothie and it was much more enjoyable than I initially expected. It has a lot of flavour, was plenty thick and, like all of their sundaes, came in a very generous portion. A bit too cold though. Unfortunately, the Strawberry sundae wasnt as good as the said bubblegum one. My sister was enjoying the top part of it but the bottom was filled with sour tasting strawberries and ice cream. It would be better if this sundae had more vanilla ice cream as the taste of bitter strawberries alongside strawberry ice cream was too overpowering to finish. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this branch to everyone.
