Aqua Bar & Conservatory - (Near Berkshire, South East)

2 /5 Sian Brown: So disappointed with repeated slow or absent service. We are members and visit 2 or 3 times a week for food after a gym session. This week, after waiting 25 minutes to be served or at least acknowledged we decide to walk out. The past 4 weeks have been frustrating trying to find someone to take our order. Please employ more staff to cope with the holidays and Groupon day visitors as you are letting down your members and those that pay to stay overnight.

2 /5 Five Start: We’re currently staying at the hotel and went down for breakfast this morning. Unfortunately, my partner found a hair in one of her sausages, which really put both of us off eating the rest of our meal. Overall, the breakfast itself was quite disappointing, especially considering the standard we expected. That said, I want to mention that the staff were excellent — friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. It’s a shame that the food hygiene issue overshadowed what could have been a nice morning. Hopefully management can take this feedback on board and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

2 /5 MYQCL: Ordered the cheese platter; the cheeses were delicious but the way it was all served was not worth £18. Had to remind the waiter so many times for my drinks.

1 /5 Janice Lehane: Very very disappointing! Waited 45 minutes for drinks and had to keep reminding staff about food which took ages... Croque Monsieur was worth wating for but Carrot and Coriander soup was like drinking curry sauce and Lemon Tart was all dried up and soggy pastry. Food should have been ready at a set time as we were on a Spa day but it wasnt and no one appeared to know what they were doing. Tables didnt get cleared, and we spent most of our day waiting to be served !! Avoid !

3 /5 Lucy Fribbens: Service slow as barman took forever to pour simple drinks, waitress lovely, friendly and working hard under current circumstances. Staff do not automatically take off the 50% government eat out to help out, we had to ask every time which is disappointing. Food good. Non alcoholic cocktails a huge rip off for what they are, cost pennies to make. Nice environment with comfy chairs and sofas.
