Chaii Pot - (Near Hillingdon, South East)

1 /5 mahsa sanaei: I used to really love this place and ordered from here regularly. Unfortunately, it has been getting worse day by day. For quite some time now, delivery has not been reliable and many times they don’t even have food available. Today was especially disappointing. I ordered a German hot dog, but when I got home, I realised there was no hot dog inside at all. It seems the new staff member forgot to put it in.

5 /5 h: I went to chai pot today and was served by Melisa. Customer service was 10/10 she was super accommodating, gave us a sample of karak to try, and it did not disappoint. So tasteful and yummy perfect balance of chai and sweetness. We also ordered the Omani crisp and flaming hot dog this was phenomenal. Loved it, and will most definitely be returning. We did not wait long and Melisa made sure we were not disappointed. Will definitely be returning.

4 /5 aromal neo: We missed our Oman chips and this was the only place that sold it so took a tube all the way to uxbridge just for it. The chai- both karak and saffron was good but the Oman chips sandwich was to die for. The quantity is extremely small for the price, but I went for the experience. We did end up going somewhere else for the food so do visit if you miss Omani snacks.

3 /5 Mujtaba Dewji: Ordered a hot chocolate, only customer waiting - took 2 minutes. But the hot chocolate was extremely hot, it took more than 15 minutes until I could take a safe sip. Burnt my tounge twice before that. I ordered a hot chocolate before that and it was no where near as hot as this time. Consistency lacking in my humble honesty opinion.

5 /5 Srishti Sharma: Visited Chai Pot in Uxbridge and had a brilliant experience. Melissa made me a fantastic halloumi wrap, it was fresh, tasty, and really well put together. She was also very kind, sweet, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Great service and great food, I’ll definitely be back.
