5 /5 Neo Afridi Ashik: Chaiiwala Kingsbury was open on Christmas Day, which was such a bonus. The café was extremely busy, but despite that, all the staff were very patient and helpful with every customer. A special mention to Mr Asif, who provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. We tried the Desi Indian breakfast, halwa puri, chicken tikka melt sandwich, loaded chips, Kadak chai, and two mocktails, everything was absolutely finger-licking good! The food quality and service were outstanding, and we were totally satisfied with our experience. I highly recommend this branch to everyone, and I’ll definitely be visiting again with my family and friends.

5 /5 SOHANUR RAHMAN: Visited Chaiiwala for the first time and really enjoyed it. The Karak chai was perfectly brewed just the right strength and the loaded vanilla cheesecake was surprisingly good. The staff were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Great spot for a casual catch-up. Will definitely be coming back

5 /5 Areeba Baig: I usually go to a different Chai Wala, but this time I came here and the customer service was really good. I got my 4 pink teas right on time, and Ali was really helpful. He was friendly, polite, and made sure my order was done properly. He also kept things moving quickly and had a really positive attitude. Overall, great service and a really good experience definitely coming back.

1 /5 so hadi: We ordered two loaded chips with chicken. It came dry and when we raised our voice the waiter said he made it fresh right now himself. I m not accusing him that he didnt fry fresh which he did but the chips were fried for second time . Means the chips were old and they fried it. It was hard like stick. Quantity was very less from usual order my kids do. Staff are making chaiiwala look bad by doing this . Thank you hope it helps to improve .
