Lee Dorman We had a lovely visit to Toby Carvery, and I especially want to say a big thank you to Lucy for her outstanding service. We had been waiting quite a while for our desserts, but Lucy handled the situation so professionally and kindly. She went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience and made sure we left happy. Her friendly attitude and willingness to put things right really stood out. It’s staff members like Lucy who make all the difference. Thank you again — we’ll definitely be returning!

Janine Williams First time visiting and the White Swan didnt disappoint. We ordered a variety of dishes and every single one of them was delicious. The staff were attentive and service was on point. Were a family of six and sat on a rectangular table that was sectioned off making it even more special, next time wed like to reserve the circular table just to make sharing the dishes easier. Overall we all had a lovely time and the food was very reasonably price too. We will definitely be back.

Georgina is an asset to your team as she is so lovely, friendly and made us feel so welcome. As always the food was wonderful, and we will be back to Woodford green miller and Carter. Zeka Mehmet Friendly and nice staff. Always make customers feel welcome. Recently changed hands food is fantastic. Well worth the 8 minutes wait for freshly cooked crispy fish and nice yummy chips. Highly recommend and always get our take away from here. 10/10 = 100%
