1 /5 Anton: As you can see from the photo, there were string-like fibres and unusual green specks in the sauce. completely put me off. Food hygiene and quality control should be a priority, especially when serving chicken. This didn’t look fresh or properly prepared, and it’s not what you expect when paying for a meal.

1 /5 Muhammad Kashif Memon: I found a paper- or polythene-looking piece inside my beef smash burger after eating half of it. This was extremely unhygienic and disturbing. I immediately spat the food out and showed it to the staff member at the till, but he was unapologetic and rude, showing no concern whatsoever. The food quality is pathetic, and the complete lack of professionalism made the experience even worse. I have a video recording as evidence. It’s shocking that such poor hygiene standards are being allowed, and it raises serious concerns about food safety compliance. I will never be returning.

5 /5 Moboshir Ali: Every time I visit here they are busy, which is a good sign. Food always on point, quick to get order ready and theyve never got my order wrong. Friendly customer service too

3 /5 Laury Burba: Pulled up thinking this was gonna be the holy land of pizza, turns out it’s mid-tier tourist trap vibes. Box came wrecked ‘cause dude didn’t even bother with the lid stand, like c’mon bro. Only saving grace? They actually read “extra cheese” and threw the sauce on the side, which is the bare minimum but somehow feels like charity in 2025. Still, £26 for this? Nah. Only hits if you’ve never tasted real pizza in your life.
