3 /5 bugjuice456: This place has been on my list and as I was in this neck of the woods, I decided to tick this off. I havent gone out to dine at any Indian restaurant since the summer, as I had a few bad experiences. The vegetarian set meal option intrigued me, choice of rice and 4 different veg curries on offer. I chose the chilli paneer, spinach, parrupu and the long beans, jackfruit seeds. I also had the chai. The meal was fine, nothing special; I arrived approximately 2pm, so a late lunch meal. It wasnt as spicy as I thought it would be even with the chillies on the dish. The chai was tepid, not boiling hot. I expected that to be much better.

The food was nothing short of excellent, bursting with authentic flavors that truly transport you to the heart of Sri Lanka. Each dish was expertly crafted, with fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of spices. The service was equally impressive. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations that enhanced our meal. They ensured our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable without being intrusive. What truly stood out was the pricing. Given the quality of the food and service, I found the prices to be very reasonable. Its rare to find a place that offers such high-quality cuisine at an affordable rate. Overall, I highly recommend Everest Curry Restaurant to anyone seeking delicious Indian and Nepalese cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. I can’t wait to return!

1 /5 B R: Me and my sister visited on evening. We walked in, and the man didn’t even bother walking towards us to greet us or sit us. Then when we ordered he kept insisting that we was ordering too much food. Excuse me?! Where is the customer service in this place? Considering he said it to us 3 times and was not allowing us to order what we wanted. We literally had to ask him again and again and give reasons why we wanted the food. Then after we finished eating he made a snarky comment asking if we finished everything. I think your waiter needs to be trained in customer service. He had his big belly hanging over our table to top it all off. Took ages to bring the bill where I had to get up from the table and go pay at the bar. Will not be visiting again.

5 /5 J&M: Food was amazing! Mutton roll is a must for £1.10. Loved the grilled lamb chops. Dosa was delicious and boneless mutton curry was rich and flavourful. Portions are generous so go hungry!

5 /5 Howard Turner: Had a fantastic meal everything cooked to perfection.Had a starter to share main courses and 2 beers, exalent value for the money.Very friendly and helpful staff. Arrived early evening, got a table straight away only a small restaurant, did start to fill up quite quickly. Im definitely going back .
