Kieran Griggs Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.

Kimberley Maier Spent a night here after a flight cancellation. The check in process was simple, and we got our room keys quickly. We then went to the restaurant for a late dinner. The waiters were incredibly kind and attentive, and were also very knowledgeable about the menu and potential allergens. As others have mentioned, one lift was out of order but we didnt have to wait long for the one that was working.

One Addict The Globe in Brentford is a fantastic spot that effortlessly blends a cozy, traditional pub atmosphere with modern touches. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The menu is a standout, offering a great selection of hearty pub classics alongside some more creative dishes. The Sunday roast is a must-try—perfectly cooked and generously portioned. Their drink options are equally impressive, with a range of ales, beers, and a well-curated wine list. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual drink, a delicious meal, or just a friendly chat with locals, The Globe delivers. It’s a true gem in Brentford and well worth a visit.
