If Ive had a particularly productive week Ill teat myself to one of the home made cakes or loaded cookies -delicious!!

Chloe Jackson Just had a delicious meal from The Shad! Chicken Dhansak, Pilau rice, garlic and coriander naan, with mint sauce and their homemade red sauce. Tasty, hot, fresh!!! Excellent. Will be back!
Sara Girelli Very characteristic pub, directly in front of the seaside. Went there for a music night and the group was very good! Full of friendly people that enjoyed the music. The pub have a very nice style, with a great story behind. I suggest to stop for a second to read the story, on the external wall of the pub, just right to the entrance, as its a piece of local history.
It was very nice to discover it and cant wait to come back again!
Eliane Camus Delicious food ! Went there for a romantic diner, perfect place because at night the place is so cosy. Went for both chicken and lamb (chicken kofte + mixed shish), but we preferred the chicken because it was cooked in 2 different ways but very tasty with the spices. The lamb was a bit dry, not outstanding, but still good (just a deception if compared with chicken which is incredible in taste). Huge portions, good value for money. We recommend !
