The Braised Guangdong Goose tasted exactly like home—fragrant skin, tender meat, and that deep slow-cooked flavour that’s nostalgic and comforting. The Teochew Marinated Goose Slices were clean, smooth and perfectly seasoned, while the Crispy Roast Goose was light, crackling and not greasy at all. Great dim sum, soups, and friendly service too. A true Cantonese gem in London—100% worth the trip!
