5 /5 Rinku Shah: I had a fantastic experience at Heavenly Desserts. Rashid is always attentive, making sure our order is exactly right and checking in to see if we need anything. His friendly and professional attitude really stands out and makes every visit enjoyable. The service is consistently great, and the waffles are honestly some of the best in town – perfectly cooked, fresh, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend for both the amazing desserts and the outstanding customer service!

5 /5 Dipesh Nardani: Visited Heavenly Desserts in Kingsbury on Valentine’s Day – easily one of their busiest days of the year – and I have to say, the experience was absolutely brilliant. Despite how packed it was, the staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly organised. The service never felt rushed, and the team handled the high demand effortlessly without missing a beat. That alone deserves recognition. They even had a magician performing for Valentine’s, which was such a great touch. The tricks were genuinely impressive and added something really special to the atmosphere. As for the desserts… top tier. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted amazing, and hit the spot perfectly. You could tell real care goes into what they serve. Massive credit to the whole team for delivering such a smooth and enjoyable experience on such a busy day. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

5 /5 Iyinoluwa O: I made a spontaneous detour after a change in my days plans and had a genuinely great time. I ordered a few bits and though they were sadly out of the rose lemonade, the lychee & mint recommended by the waitress wasnt too bad an alternative. Honestly, my experience was one of solid food at good pricing and top-notch service. Ill definitely be returning if Im back in the area. The biscoff croffle in particular was unreal!
