The lamb tagine was tender and flavorful (came with the tastiest couscous) , the mixed grill excellent, and the hummus, moutabal, tabouleh, and falafel were all very fresh and delicious. The décor is beautiful, with colorful ceramic plates displayed in elegant arches that create a warm, authentic feel. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Enas El Masry: An all-around warm experience, from hospitality to flavorful dishes. We were welcomed by Saad who made us feel at home on our first visit to Oxford. We started off with the hareera, which filling and much needed for the cold night. Saad then suggested the lamb tajine which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, especially when paired with the side of couscous. He was graceful enough to offer us a serving of hummus dip on the house. It was also great that all the served food was halal, so we could choose freely from the available options. Although the restaurant is a bit far from the bustling city center, it’s very easy to get to by bus.

4 /5 Fedra Antoniadou: We had a nice and calm dinner at Jasmine and olives. The staff were helpful and responsive. We had a selection of tapas (2-3) per person was more than enough and were impressed by the sujuk and fava. We were less impressed by the Patatas bravas as they weren’t very fresh and tasted like they’d been reheated. There were several vegetarian options as well. Prices are a bit higher than average here. Great experience overall

I ordered the mixed grill with hummus and rice, and everything was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and well-portioned. The hummus was smooth and fresh, and the mixed grill was juicy and seasoned just right. The customer service was great, and the music added a nice vibe that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Jasmine and Olive for small parties or casual get-togethers, and I’ll happily be coming back again.

5 /5 Nadia: The food at Jasmine and Olives exceeded expectations. Full of flavour and cooked to perfection. This is a MUST visit. I will definitely be coming back for the falafel and the mixed grill. Service and atmosphere 10/10. Smiley staff and beautiful decor. I am going to try the homemade soup Harira when i go back next which will be soon.!
