JOE & THE JUICE - (Near , South East)

2 /5 Ruth Silver: I normally enjoy Joe & The Juice and often order through the app, so this experience was disappointing. It was busy, which I understand, but when I asked if I could have a knife to cut my sandwich in half so we could share it, the staff member seemed reluctant and quite unfriendly. I then asked if they might be able to cut the sandwiches for us instead, which again seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. One of the sandwiches had the wrong filling and we hadn’t realised because we started eating the other one. A very kind male member of staff with longer blonde hair noticed and handled that well - he told us we could keep both, which I appreciated. My brownie — which I had ordered and paid for through the app — had been forgotten, so I went up to collect it. As we had quite a lot of food, I asked if I could take one of the paper bags, but was told “No, those are for takeaway orders.” When I asked if I could have another bag instead, I received another off response, which felt unnecessarily awkward given the situation. As I walked back to my table I could hear staff laughing and pointing to the bags. I went back and politely said that having worked in shops myself, it’s not nice to talk about customers behind their backs. It’s a shame because the food is always good and one member of staff was very helpful, but the attitude from a couple of the team made the experience feel quite uncomfortable.

5 /5 Sahid: Christian from this branch was so friendly and helpful and took his time. Really appreciated his service will definitely be coming back. The food was amazing and atmosphere was very clean.

1 /5 Ismail R (R): I visited Joe & The Juice in Muswell Hill today (28/01/26) at 7:30 PM. The posted closing time was 8 PM, and the door was still open when I arrived. However, when I went in, all the staff were standing around chatting and told me they were already closed, then locked the door after turning me away. Very disappointing, if the store closes early, the hours should be updated so customers don’t make unnecessary trips.

2 /5 PEXE: I ordered but I mustve overlooked that it was pick-up only. That is not the issue, I know it was my mistake for doing so. The problem is that theres simply no way to get in contact with you guys. I tried calling, and the single option asks me to download the app and make a request that hopefully will be answered within 24 hours. There wasnt any way for me to ask to cancel the order. Whats the point of displaying a telephone number if nobody answers it?

1 /5 Tina K: Never ordered a sandwich before so thought Id give it a go... NEVER AGAIN! I paid £9.70 for a turkey sandwich. So disappointed the turkey was processed crap. For that amount of money I was expecting actual turkey. To add to this, I popped into the toilet to wash my hands and my shoes nearly stuck to the floor just as I entered the toilets. Tells you a lot about the cleanliness. NEVER AGAIN!
