Steven Ypa Unexpected find in this area! Ita part greasy spoon cafe and part Chinese restaurant. I tried the beef ho fun and Singapore rice noodles and both were great, very fresh and full of wok hei flavour. Look forward to going back and trying some of the Malaysian and Thai dishes which were also recommended.

REMO6969 Visited Creams Café in Morden today and had a great experience. The desserts were fresh, well presented, and tasted amazing especially the waffles and milkshakes. The staff were friendly and the service was quick even during busy hours. The café has a nice, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for hanging out with friends or satisfying a sweet craving. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area!

Carl Jeffrey The rural riverside setting is perfect for anyone who loves countryside walks or fancies hiring a rowing boat to explore the river. I was hiking solo on a multi-day trek from Brighton to Rochester when I came across the Anchor Inn. It was a warm early evening, and as I ordered a refreshing pint in the front bar, the landlord Simon (who had never met me before) immediately noticed my rucksack and said: “If you’re looking for somewhere to pitch your tent tonight, you’re very welcome to use the field behind the pub.” It was such a generous offer that I gladly accepted. I spent the evening enjoying a few pints in the company of Simon and his staff, who made me feel completely at home. I didn’t eat during my stay, though the food looked excellent, but I can vouch for a superb pint of Harvey’s Best Bitter. The following morning, as I was packing up at 8am, Simon even walked over with a cup of tea – an incredibly thoughtful gesture that summed up the hospitality I experienced here. I truly can’t thank Simon and his team enough. The Anchor Inn is a brilliant riverside pub, and I’ll definitely be returning with friends. Highly recommended!

Nelli Hall Product: Food is consistently delicious and fresh. Coffee is perfect. Service: Staff are welcoming and professional. Atmosphere: Cozy and pleasant with a nice decor. Value: Great value for the quality offered. Verdict: A highly recommended spot for breakfast, lunch, or coffee.

Robyn Lewis Really good vibes, well priced food. Brilliant onion rings and aubergine cheese sandwich. The deep fried aubergine and cheese steak spring rolls were a highlight. The nachos were good/ok. The quesadilla was nice unless you got a bit with a pretty big birds eye chilli, in which case it was sooo spicy! The mozzarella sticks were quite disappointing and didnt taste of anything. But overall, we will be back!

Echo Chui The waiter was all smiles and was happy to explain the restaurants menu to us. We bought the Rice Box, which only cost 9.95 pounds. There were many different vegetables in the box, and we could add rice and choose different sauces. We enjoyed a rich dinner and it is worth recommending.
