Manor Farm Beefeater - (Near Kent, South East)

1 /5 Poppy Wood: We asked for medium steak and it came out rare and chewy. This was supposedly a 4oz rump steak and everything about it was disappointing. We complained and only got offered a free drink which didn’t turn up. The onion rings tasted like soap and were vile. Sausages were like leather. And the chicken was tough and chewy. The gammon had more fat than meet and everything about this place was a huge let down. The area we was sat had a huge hole in the wall and that should’ve been the first red flag about this place.

5 /5 Tom: I visited Manor Farm with my wife a few days ago, and as we hadn’t been in about 10 years, we weren’t sure what to expect. I’m pleased to say it was a lovely experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back much more often. The manager, Cassie, was especially friendly and engaging. She made us feel genuinely welcome, was very attentive throughout our visit, and looked after us extremely well. The food was great — even better than we expected. Overall, it was a wonderful visit and one we’re looking forward to repeating soon

5 /5 Emma Ingram: Came in for lunch today and ordered fish and chips and the smothered chicken from the daytime menu. Honestly, it was lovely. The chicken was juicy and tender, full of flavour, and everything came out hot and fresh. Proper good portion sizes too — definitely left happy. Our waiter was absolutely brilliant — really friendly, funny and so accommodating. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers having a good experience. The manager (I believe her name was Mia) was also really attentive and professional. The only disappointing part of the visit had nothing to do with the food. A couple on another table were complaining and, despite both the waiter and the manager trying to accommodate and help them, they didn’t want any solution offered. Unfortunately, the way they spoke to staff was quite shocking — there was swearing and shouting as they were leaving, even while other customers were coming into the building. I just want to say that both the manager and the waiter handled the situation extremely well and remained calm and professional throughout. It couldn’t have been easy, especially with a full restaurant.

1 /5 Mr V: Arrived at 1300hrs, ordered food which arrived 45 mins later. Starters were eatable but thats about it. After enquiring were are mains were, they arrived at 1445hrs. They were a shocking state, ribs dried out, I had 9 skinny chips on my plate and the chicken was like boot leather. Spoke with manager who agreed and didnt charge for mains but no offer of an apology ie sorry have your Starters free. During this time period I had time to look around. Walls gad food spatters etc. My advice avoid this venue like the plague.
