McDonalds - (Near Harrow, South East)

2 /5 Peter Nourello: I get a coffee here most mornings. I get its 7am or something but the staff here just lack that little bit of finesse. Other McDonalds you go to, just have the basics sorted that you learn at school - "Good morning", "please", "thank you". Here when you go to the drive through you just get "You using mobile app today?" and then "next window". Occasionally, if they are particularly stressed or didnt hear they will bark out "WHAT?". The people who serve the food just shove it at you. Other places say "have a nice day or "enjoy". I get that staff are under a stressful environment and its early morning but honestly a little goes a long way. I doubt they will read this review but I think it would be prudent - it wont improve sales but for ones own personal pride. Anyway just thought Id drop my two cents.

1 /5 Janu Ravindran: I just picked up my order from McDonalds and I specifically asked for an egg muffin without egg for my mum whos vegetarian. The sales people confirmed twice even when paying and picking it up and I came home to give it to my mum and it is a double sausage and egg muffin!!! This is even worse, how can you be so irresponsible, I would like my money back and an apology from Shaftesbury circle McDonalds in Harrow. I wanted to call them but conveniently their number does not work! Im fuming to drive all the way back in the rain and see this

1 /5 Yusuf Sayid: The girl at the last drive window during lunch time rush 13/02 @ 12:30-1:30 was so rude and arrogant despite my patience with my order being wrong 3 times. She needs to be sacked. Im a regular so this is out of the ordinary.

2 /5 Benjamin White: The play area is sealed of 90% of the time, tablets and projectors in the children section is broken most visits. The team are friendly and helpful but due to the delivery drivers and anti social issues its become unsafe. They need a mini refurb and some security to take control back. Parking is compounded due to electric bays and they rely on people parking up and waiting for orders.

1 /5 Archuna Vijendra: AVOID this McDonalds at all cost. 1. Rude staff 2. Incompetent staff that cant even complete orders correctly and cant even make a big mac properly. 3. They mix up peoples orders. 4. Wont answer the phone to resolve issues. 5. If u order on McDelivery/Uber then good luck cause this McDonalds wont resolve issues with your order especially when things are missed and Uber wont give you a full refund on your order. Pretty much a scam.
