1 /5 Sadeq Rahman: **UPDATED BELOW**
I ordered 2 different chinese items at 12.45am (probably last order) and it was completely wrong and i have a feeling it was done intentionally given the time. I want a full refund, i will be calling tomorrow. If you cant provide the items then you shouldve cancelled my order instead of giving me the wrong and missing items. It cost me £25!! Im furious
**UPDATE**: i called next day and the "Manager" who referred himself as "Ali", picked up the phone and told me he cant do anything about it. No help, no sympathy, no care for the customer. He barely sounded concerned or apologetic showing no sympathy and instantly tried blaming me for 1) Not calling (which i did try do but they were closed and not picking up) and 2) claiming that there "definitely" was no issue with the Chicken Chow Mein item (i have photographic proof it was not chicken chow mein). In the end he said to take it up with uberEats for a refund (even though i explained i could only receive £10 refund out of the £25 total i wasted). These are the type of people that run this business, they literally dont care about their customers or business, absolutely terrible customer service skills.
