Palash Chatterjee We recently celebrated my wife’s birthday at Taka Tak Hounslow, hosting a private closed-group gathering, and the entire experience was simply outstanding. From start to finish, everything was perfectly coordinated just as we had requested. The team ensured that the arrangements were seamless, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the celebration with our family and friends. The food was exceptional — beautifully presented, full of authentic flavours, and served fresh. Every dish was appreciated by our guests, and the quality was consistent throughout the event. The service was amazing. The staff were attentive, courteous, and highly professional. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Sahaj Pal for his excellent coordination and hospitality. He made sure every detail was handled smoothly and went above and beyond to make the evening special for us. It was truly a memorable celebration, and we highly recommend Taka Tak Hounslow for private events, family gatherings, or any special occasion. We will definitely be coming back again!

Nomad Nige I regularly come to the restaurant and recommend it to family and friends. The service is always excellent and the food absolutely fantastic . However, on this occasion, they completely surpassed themselves! It was my birthday and I asked for a table for 15 people. They were happy to rearrange the tables to make it a more sociable occasion and when I turned up, they had gone out of their way to decorate the tables and make it into a really special event. The service and the food were to their usual excellent standard… And how they managed to bring out 15 main courses plus side dishes at the same time was very impressive. Everything was fresh and hot… And delicious! In fact, I’d go so far as to say that the service was even better than normal and all my guests commented on how impressed they were with the whole evening there. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Arundhathi A Had an amazing experience!! As a barista myself, I know how hard it is to consistently deliver great coffee, and this place truly nails it. The mocha I tried was one of the best Ive had rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Chirag, was super helpful. He made some great recommendations. Despite being busy on a weekend, the team managed to keep up and deliver excellent service. The waffle was also a highlight - yum!

Debi Just don’t get the bad reviews. We’ve been going Ossies for years and live out of town. We come up specially for it. The goat was sublime. So much food in the container. They aren’t shy with packing it out. We sat in to eat. Found the staff friendly. Happy to give me more gravy to take my leftovers home. As just could not eat it all. My husband had oxtail with rice n peas and was very happy with it. They now take card payment as well as cash which is handy. We had some lovely chats with other customers. We’ve never had a bad food from here. If we had. We sure wouldn’t be going back. I believe you treat people how you would like to be treated yourself a bit of respect and politeness goes a long way. Remember that’s some long shifts the staff are working there !!

Jochel We always dine here whenever we crave for Chinese food. Food is excellent. A proper Chinese meal. Special Fried Rice is highly recommended. if you do takeaway, prices are cheaper. Only downside is you have to pay by cash. Contactless is not an option.

Shoham Patlis We came for breakfast. I ordered the green Shakshuka and for desert we had the feta cheesecake and pistachio plum semolina cake. The food was absolutely great, the ingredients were fresh and delicious, the atmosphere is very nice and chill and the waiters are super nice. Would love to try their lunch menu.
