5 /5 Paul Earle: Adeel was very nice with his service, very considerate when serving me since I have allergies. He made sure that the staff were aware of this and that my order was okay, the atmosphere here is nice and chill. Would recommend the Garlic Churrasco and sunset burger

2 /5 Real McCoy: I asked for my meal to be well done: that means slowly cooked. They served me the food within 5mins(chicken was dry like it had been there all day in the drawer) with stale chips. The person making the food just turned the grill high as possible and served it within mins.They were nice to change my chips to a fresh batch but again it’s embarrassing to have to ask them for something I expect to be served correctly first hand. There were only 7 other people eating so it wasn’t like they were busy. The lady on meet and greet was pleasant. The lady tidying up the tables was prompt. I normally go to the station road branch in harrow but they were closed. I think they should go there and get some training done as the guy on the grill there takes pride in what he does. Really disappointed with my meal today. Why is it it’s never like that at the other branches I visit?

I know this restaurant for years but due to busy shopping centre, costumer service was most of the time rushed. However this team was great. Theyve done their best to ensure I didnt have to wait to long. And it was a huge order. They even offered to help me with it to the carpark. They were all very lovely and full of positivity.

From the moment you arrived, the experience seemed to flow seamlessly. We were warmly greeted and promptly shown to our table, setting a positive tone for the meal. The service was both efficient and friendly, ensuring we felt well cared for throughout the visit. Your food arrived promptly, and it met the high standard we have come to expect. The platter was hot, perfectly cooked, and this time enhanced by the addition of the new Fanta orange glaze, which was a delightful twist on an already reliable favorite. The restaurant’s cleanliness and well-stocked condiment station added to the overall comfort of the dining experience, reflecting the team’s attention to detail An ice-cold bottle of Sagres beer was the perfect complement to my meal, providing a touch of relaxation and enjoyment. With everything meeting or exceeding expectations—delicious food, welcoming service, and a pleasant environment—it’s no surprise we left without a single complaint. It’s always a pleasure to enjoy a seamless and satisfying outing, and Nando’s delivered exactly that!

5 /5 Michelle Betts: Having a lovely family evening meal, it was slightly annoying with the music that was fairly loud but it didnt stop us from enjoying our meal. Great to know they still take cash, we didnt stay for dessert but I was happy with the excellent service from the servers, highly recommend going. Try the vegan range brilliant.
