I’ve consistently ordered for collection without any issues, and it’s always been a pleasure when either Sher, Rickel, or the manager with the moustache is on duty. ( never caught his name)
However, my recent visit 31st October 2024 have been less positive, particularly when a specific staff member is working. I believe I previously assumed she no longer worked there as my experience improved when she was absent, and I started coming in daily. Unfortunately, her return has noticeably affected the quality of both service and food. I live within the local area.
Today, my food was again undercooked, and I’ve attached photos for reference. Additionally, her manner towards customers is often rude and dismissive, which takes away from the generally high standard I associate with your establishment. I appreciate your attention to this matter and am hopeful that it can be resolved to restore the excellent experience I’ve come to expect at your establishment.
