1 /5 Rosaliya Neycheva: ⸻ Absolutely the worst food I have ever had. This cannot even be called food – completely inedible, tasteless, and disgusting. Ordering from this place was a total waste of money. If you are thinking about ordering from here, DON’T. The only thing you will achieve is throwing your money away and staying hungry and disappointed. I honestly don’t understand how this restaurant is still in business. Never again, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this place.

3 /5 jojaomro: Been using since day one. Sadly not anymore. Delivery is now so slow, over an hour now and we are five minutes away. Food mediocre and arrived stone cold. Our longest wait was just shy of three hours. Chinese should be eaten hot freshly cook. Stuck it out before but enough is enough. Shame. Won’t be going back.

I have just tried to make an order and was told they had someone order from my address before and they do not deliver to my ‘estate’ keep in mind I live in a house at The top of the road ( I have never ordered from this place as i have just moved). She was very rude. I had no clue who she was trying to accuse me of being however, this was definitely racial discrimination, a lot of black people in my area have been moved here from south London and based on my name and way I talk you can tell I am black. You racially profiled me, enhancing this idea I was someone else. Why? Because we all talk the same! Terrible shop

Gary Swift There are a lot of negative reviews, but in my opinion I think the food is great. (Fried chicken range) its x5 better than that KFC. Although I dont eat kebabs from there, which is no fault of their own, I just have another place Ive been going to for years for my kebabs so cant review them - The fried chicken bundles however are spectacular. Gravy isnt great, bit watery. Thats my only snag. They deliver, take card but prefer cash. I like it. The meal in the pic came with a drink and cost £9.99 (excluding the 4 chilli cheese bites)

Samantha I just visited Francombs in Rochester and tried the Dirty Fries while my son had the Spicy Higham – both were absolutely delicious! Generous portions, packed with flavour, and cooked perfectly. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic – really friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Francombs if you’re looking for great food with great people at a amazing price!
