1 /5 Ivy Izzy: Went there to celebrate Mother’s Day and unfortunately it was a unpleasant experience. Firstly, it was under-staffed, after we ordered, there was no staff came around in the next 30 minutes, it’s hard to request for more water. We were told the prawn tempura had 2 last serving but when it was served, one of the serving only got 2 instead of 3 tempura, and the staff didn’t provide any explanation or apologies. One of the hot dishes is served cold. We then waited for 45 minutes and the main was not served, we then saw the table around us who arrived at least 30 minutes earlier were also waiting for the main. What’s disappointing was that the staff in general didn’t come to see if you need anything or they tried to avoid coming in case there was complaints. It was until the lead staff who came and apologized for the delay, explaining that the chef didn’t show up and voided the bill. The lead staff was the only staff I felt who understood customer service. However I would think they should explain the situation in advance rather than telling the customers only after they had been waiting for the food for 2 hours. Also unsure about the staff experience as they didn’t seem care the customers at all
