One Love Kitchen - (Near Lewisham, South East)

Ed Absolutely exceptional. The best takeaway in the area, and probably one of the best in London. Delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. I visit here every 1-2 weeks and its always delicious food. As a vegetarian theres a wealth of options (which I am slowly working my way through trying).

Iffy I We had our Christmas party at The Talbot for a group of 14 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very start, Richard was incredibly accommodating and made the whole booking process feel easy and stress-free. On the day itself, the staff were absolutely brilliant, so friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which really set the tone for the evening. The venue itself is beautiful with a great vibe, cosy but lively, and perfect for a group celebration. And the food… truly incredible. Every single person in our group loved their meal, which is no small feat with a table of 14! Everyone had an amazing time, and it genuinely felt like a special occasion. Thank you so much to Richard and the whole team for making our Christmas celebration such a memorable one. We’ll definitely be back!

The will of the People Their house special curry is the best Ive ever had , from other takeaways , thick sauce lots of flavours. The salt n pepper spare ribs are good too , small chunks but plenty of meat . Ill be going back no mistake there . Portions are very good as well .

DJFH CGs This has been our go to for many years - they are lovely friendly people who make great traditional dishes that always hit the spot! They always try hard to get the food to you quickly and the flavours are always wonderful - thanks Royal Tandoori for another wonderful feast!

REG Voluez vous Parlez avec moi, Ce soir? Goes the PG version of Lady Marmalade - the song popularised by Christina Aguilera et als 2001 cover for Baz Luhrmanns Moulin Rouge. This has zero relevance to Parlez, the bar and restaurant adjacent to Brockley overground station, I just liked the idea of it. Parlez (bar and restaurant) is a great bar and restaurant and a lovely place to stop by for drinks, food and more if you are in the area. Service is quick and friendly. We ordered the Sharing Mezze thing for 2 opting for the Chicken and Lamb. Both of these were delicious as were the other aspects of the meal (bread, olives, various dips). Good range of drinks and the toilets were nicely decorated, clean and flushed well when prompted. I would come back here for food, drinks and more. They sometimes show the football on a big screen when its important (World cup etc).

Saw Wen I had an amazing experience at Palungo Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The momos were perfectly steamed with a soft, delicate wrapper and a flavorful, juicy filling. Paired with the rich, spicy dipping sauce, every bite was satisfying and authentic. The sides complemented the meal wonderfully — the spicy noodle dish had a great kick and depth of flavor, while the peanut salad added a refreshing crunch with just the right balance of tangy and savory notes. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a relaxed meal. If you’re craving authentic flavors and comforting dishes, Palungo is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back for more!
