5 /5 Naeema Naz: We had a great experience at Palm Tree. Seen and Lisa gave outstanding service!!! Food was lovely decor was beautiful. Best thing is these lovely people listened to our wishes and went out of their way to make our Mehndi event special. Lisa is very helpful sweet and caring person, she made our bride happy a special thank you to her. Highly recommended this place

In short Very poor service, Denied food to additional guests, Bad Management Our experience with Dean and his team was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. Despite an initial agreement, he took a deposit from another client, then booked a different venue at a higher price and still failed to deliver basic services on the wedding day. Guests were left without seating or food, staff were rude, parking was denied despite assurances, and we witnessed clear favouritism toward another event. To make matters worse, the final bill was triple the original amount. Overall, the day was chaotic, humiliating, and deeply disappointing — we would strongly advise others to avoid this company and venue.

1 /5 Sahdiah Hassan: The organiser who is a female she is very bad in time and the set up. And also is very rude, her customer service is very bad too. As there is a package which has her included, I personally with my experience would Not even have her to manage the occasion. Words cannot even express, the service she provided on my nephews reception. The itinerary was provided from the couple. On what what was to happen in the time frame of the venue. The manager expressed she is in the package. She wasted so much time in the entry of the bride and then the groom. The set up was messed up, only to use the two halls. She made it feel as if it was a nursery or Reception School performance for kids parents. Everyone had a really bad experience, all the guests were shocked to see all this. Then adding to this the food was not on the satisfaction grade either. And the manners of serving food was not even a star level. As they wasted sooo much time just bringing the starter and then main course meals without the naan and rice. And when we expressed the wait, they expressed that they know what they are doing, which was only waste time. The cheeks on top of this was the DJ service had issues with sound. The organiser wasn’t even in the code to be presentable in a wedding reception. At the end with the cake stand, only to know that she didn’t have it out the camera man asked if there was a cake. The camera man took the cake stand out and set it up.
