5 /5 Al Roulexe: Delightful, old-school Italian eatery with a mellow, café vibe in the day and homely, uplifting restaurant feel in the evening. The décor has charm and character, which are missing in so many places these days. First off, friendly staff, and house red was very pleasing. To eat, I tried the smoked salmon spaghetti; delicious, nice size portion, and a tight, flavourful cream sauce. Accompanying this I enjoyed mixed grilled veg; its always a good sign when there is care and attention applied to vegetables, as was the case here. I also loved that chef made the effort to give you a variety within the dish; peppers, courgette, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, artichoke...finished with spinach leaves and balsamic, lovely. For dessert, I spotted orange cake with a chocolate coating...yes please! I live locally and Im absolutely looking forward to visiting again soon.

4 /5 Chris L C: Food: I had the zucchini fries and the puttanesca and both of them were made well! The zucchini fries had a nice texture to it and wasnt overly oily which is a lovely surprise. The pasta itself was also seasoned well. No complaints really, its solid if unspectacular comforting Italian food. Service: We had a good waitress who was really helpful and was able to create a lovely vibe for us when we were there! She was knowledgeable about the menu as well. Atmosphere: It was a bit of a quieter time during the service but an enjoyable one.

4 /5 Zubin Khan: Lovely family run Italian haunt. Good was great and out server was wonderful too. Seems like a family run restaurant and it was lovely. Really quality pastas which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Very reasonably priced too.

5 /5 Sebastian M: My partner and I ordered Bologneise, Carbonara and Bruschetta along with latte and regular coke. The total amount came up to £35.70, service charge not included so we rounded it up to £38. My girlfriend loves italian restaurants and whem asked about the Bruschetta she liked it more than her usual restaurant. She ate all of her Bologneise which is unusual as she tends not to finish her sauce. I really liked the carbonara myself, I could see the bacon at a glance which is rare in my experience as usually Id have to play around with the fork to find 3 small pieces of bacon. Not here. Service was pleasant and it was nice to see the bruschetta being prepared at the front of the restaurant.

5 /5 Mario Jurić: Pasticcio exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and professional. The dishes were beautifully executed, perfectly balanced in flavour and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The ambience creates a comfortable yet sophisticated dining experience. A standout spot that deserves recognition.
