1 /5 Kush Lfc: I was just getting a meal of 5 wings and chips with garlic mayo i was eating the food normally intill i saw a worm in the chicken i was horribly disgusted! I couldve got extremely sick or catch a disease never go to this location

5 /5 Shilpa Rani: Sweta provided excellent service at Peri Peri. She was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Her friendly attitude and quick service really enhanced the experience. Great customer service—thank you, Sweta!

1 /5 Upasana Singh: I’ve been a regular customer at Pepe’s Piri Piri, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered two Paneer Loaded Meals and received only one incomplete meal. The restaurant confirmed they packed the full order and even have photos, while I also have proof of what was delivered. There was no receipt and the packaging looked tampered with. This appears to have happened during delivery, but it still reflects poorly on the overall experience. I hope this is taken seriously so other customers don’t face the same issue.

1 /5 Rafique: Avoid this branch of Pepe’s, one of my worst Experience’s. I had a truly disappointing and distressing experience at this Pepe’s peri peri Woodland Road in Shepherds Bush. I ordered a Panini Barbecue sizzler. After seeing an appealing image on their menu. Before placing the order, I specifically asked the staff member if the bread I would receive would be the same as the one in the menu. He assured me it would be. Unfortunately, what I received was completely different product — nowhere near what was shown or promised. Instead of a proper panini, they served me a plain baguette with just a couple of pieces of chicken. It looked nothing like the menu photo and did not qualify as a panini by any reasonable standard. When I politely pointed this out and requested a refund, I was met with hostility. Shockingly, rather than resolving the issue reasonably, when I refused to leave with out a refund the staff called the police on me. Their attitude was rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional. I escalated the matter to their Head Office, and they agreed to refund me a £10. However, even that process was frustrating, which did not reflect the full situation. To date I have not accepted that refund. When I explained the incident in detail, the Head Office admitted that what I received was “clearly not the product shown on the menu” and that the situation “should have been handled very differently.” I appreciated their honesty, but the damage was already done. In short, I felt betrayed and mistreated. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this branch of Pepe’s. The product was not only misleading and deceiving but also the staff were deeply disrespectful.

1 /5 Pankaj Kumar: *Very disappointed with the service at Pepe’s Peri Peri (Wood Lane).* This is the *second time* I’ve been treated poorly by the same staff member — a *Gujarati girl wearing glasses* — who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly doesn’t know how to speak to customers respectfully. A restaurant should offer good food *and* good service. Sadly, this experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the staffs behaviour. Please take action against her Thankyou
