Pizza Pilgrims London Bridge - (Near Southwark, South East)

3 /5 Izibi Safara: We were really looking forward to spending our last evening at our favourite pizza restaurant in London, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. We clearly ordered two pizzas and two dips, but only one pizza arrived. Mistakes happen, that’s understandable. What wasn’t acceptable was the attitude of the waitress. Instead of apologising, she whispered to her colleague while looking at us and came across as arrogant and dismissive. Her colleague, however, was super nice and handled the situation very professionally. He apologised and offered to bring the second pizza, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the waitress herself never apologised. Also, the entrance door doesn’t close properly and kept staying open, so cold winter air was constantly coming inside. This really needs to be fixed. We didn’t want anything for free, we just wanted a nice evening. Sadly, it didn’t feel that way this time.

5 /5 Patel Tilak: I had a really lovely Saturday lunch at Pizza Pilgrims, I went there with two of my friends, the staff was amazing, Carmen, Joe and Ripon were very friendly and also the rest of the staff!! We started with some artichokes, cacio and pepe balls and provolone fried were absolutely amazing, then I had the mushroom and truffle might seems heavy but was very balanced, my friend had margherita and diavola they looked amazing. Special mention to Carmen and Ripon that came to sing happy birthday to me ❤️!!

5 /5 Shankar Mistry: Great service from the whole team to get us seated and all our food served at once (we were a group of 21 so no easy feat!). Staff went above and beyond for us all which I really appreciate. All the pizzas were delicious and were served fresh and hot out the oven. It was very busy however as we had a booking (deposit was required as over 8 people) we were able to sit straight down at 19:30 on a busy Saturday night.

5 /5 Zia Qazi PT: Amazing place and great quality pizzas. The staff was super friendly and considerate with all our queries. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the chefs Josh and Andrea make some amazing pizzas. Joe from the staff was very kind to accommodate us at a busy hour. The food was delicious. Totally recommended!
