5 /5 Hasan Gulati: Qaboli Afghan Cuisine is an absolute gem! The food is authentic, rich in flavor, and clearly made with love and care. Every dish we tried was perfectly seasoned, fresh, and beautifully presented true Afghan comfort food at its best. The qaboli palaw was outstanding, the meats were tender and flavorful, and the portions were generous. What truly makes this place special, though, is Ikram, the manager. Ikram goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and valued. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine passion for Afghan hospitality elevate the entire dining experience. You can tell he truly cares about both the food and the people who walk through the door. If you’re looking for incredible Afghan cuisine paired with warm, top-notch service, Qaboli is the place to go. Huge thanks to Ikram and the entire team this is a restaurant I’ll gladly return to again and again!

5 /5 Hebatalla Dessouki: The food was generally very good, especially the kofta, lamb, and chicken — the seasoning and flavors were really nice and well done. However, I felt that the rice was served cold, which I didn’t enjoy, especially since it’s quite rich and heavy as it’s cooked with lamb, and the lamb flavor was very strong. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Ekram, who was extremely polite and professional. One thing I didn’t like was the drink. I asked for a 7Up, but was told they only serve homemade lemonade. What I received was basically water with squeezed lemon and chunks of ginger, not strained, which made it hard to drink, and it was charged at £12 — which I found overpriced for what it was. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the food is quite heavy, so next time I would choose something lighter. I would still recommend giving the restaurant a visit.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and a special mention to Fazail bhai—he is very kind-hearted, humble, and down to earth. The food was delicious and full of flavor, and I was happy to see that they also offer good vegetarian options. Overall, a great dining experience. I will definitely be coming back!”

Today, we enjoyed the Karahi lamb and, consistent with every dish weve tried here, it was sensational. The food is noticeably fresh. ​Weve been impressed enough to return three times this month. 5 /5 MM Nadeem: We visited this restaurant last night to celebrate my son’s birthday, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, cooperative, and welcoming — they made us feel more like guests in their home than customers. The food was excellent, with generous portions (so much so that we packed nearly half to take away). What impressed us most, however, was the way we were hosted. Mr. Faisal personally looked after our family of six with exceptional hospitality. He brought us freshly squeezed orange juice without us ordering it, and many items — including salads and even biryani — were served complimentary just so we could taste them. Several other dishes were also offered at no charge, which we later realized added up to more than £50 worth of food as complimentary with lot of respect and friendly service. When it was time to cut the cake, we requested the table to be cleared. Instead, Mr. Faisal invited us to move to a fresh, beautifully set table, making the moment even more special. Noticing that just having the cake on the table didn’t look festive enough, he immediately brought out pistachio and rose-decorated sweets in elegant cups, followed by complimentary green tea. What stood out was that this generous, thoughtful service wasn’t just for us — the same warm hospitality was extended to all the customers. We left with full hearts, impressed by their kindness and generosity. We truly wish this restaurant the very best in their journey and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent food, outstanding service, and a priceless dining experience.
