Roosters Piri Piri - (Near Hillingdon, South East)

1 /5 Rs: Years ago Roosters used to be the place to go for Piri Piri chicken in and around the Hayes/West London area, before the likes of Pepes and any other places came around. Nowadays out of all the options that you can choose from this place has gone downhill. Not just downhill SERVERLY down the gutter. The food is disgusting to the point that theres even a peri peri shop that has opened up next door to them. You know youre doing something bad when another peri peri shop opens nextdoor (even that place aint all that) Just take a look at the picture Ive added the proof is right there, that just sums up how bad the food has gone. First the chicken they use has gone tiny, second whats the point in having the option on UberEats for extra sauce when you can see in the photo theres hardly anything on the chicken. The chicken itself was dry, lacking any bit of flavour. The sauces they gave were the wrong ones too. This place was once a great place, theyve even revamped the menu and everything, but no not even that is saving them. Maybe its greed, maybe its the competition or maybe the owner has made his money so he aint bothered anymore. What ever the excuse maybe, ROOSTERS AINT THE PLACE TO EAT GOOD PERI PERI CHICKEN BETTER OF BY GOING ELSEWHERE.

1 /5 Sakariye Abdikariin: I ordered a chicken thigh burger from Roosters and when I got home the chicken tasted off. I called the store immediately to report it, but they told me the shop was already closed. They said that if I could drive back within 5 minutes to show them the burger, the manager would decide the next day whether I could get a replacement. I found this unreasonable, as the store was closed and I had already explained the issue. I now have concerns about the food quality and the way the situation was handled. I hope management improves both food safety checks and customer service.

1 /5 Chahil Makwana: My family are regular customers with roosters however we were very disaster’s our experience, we were initially cut off over the phone before receiving our order number, it took 40 mins for the order to be completed however there remained to be blood in the chicken legs and were slightly raw. We hope this is a 1 off experience and doesn’t happen again

2 /5 Zeenat Begum: Thought it would have been as good as our slough one but it wasnt did not enjoy it. I felt like the chicken may have been deep fried and then grilled as it was very crunchy and crispy maybe??? Not much sauce on the chicken the sweet potato fries were slightly burnt. I asked for a salad on the side but they had put chicken on top and mixed it up. Food is usually brought to us in slough service is exceptionally good there here it wasnt had to get it ourselves not that it was a issue but shop was fairly quiet. Overall sticking to the Slough branch!
