4 /5 Nitin Suriacant: Nice place with decent food. Ruby M’s special mixed grill was nice along with Manchurian. They made a mistake and charged up £30 for rasmali but Laxmi (waitress) quickly saw this and rectified the mistake.

4 /5 Rowena Shah: Food was good, service was average. Asked to use fork app and was told it’s not available which should have been made clear they no longer offer the fork app offers. Maybe take the restaurant off the app as what’s the point in booking through the app without any deals. Overall nice food but better communication needed, the waiters didn’t understand what we were asking.

1 /5 Deepak kumar: I’ve ordered butter chicken from here many times before and it’s always been excellent. However, my last two online orders didn’t seem to be butter chicken at all — they looked and tasted like a different curry. I genuinely enjoy your food and hope this is just a menu or order-mapping issue for online orders. Please could you look into it? I’d love to keep ordering from you.

5 /5 Kishan Jethwa: Been a regular since I can remember and always been consistent. Friendly staff, impeccable food and the best kebab and Mushkaki in town. Special shout out to Rishi the chef who always remembers your preferences. Amresh our favourite waiter is always attentive and always on point 10/10 all day everyday

5 /5 Shah Dilpesh (Tiku): STANDOUT LOCAL RESTAURANT FOR OVER 25 YEARS!! Been coming to Ruby M for last 25 years and it just gets better & better. It’s a small local place in Rayners Lane but one that’s definitely worth making the journey to come & visit. The food is exceptional and never disappoints… highly recommend the Mushkaki, Sheekh Kebabs, Tandoori Wings, Maji Maji Chicken and Kheema.. although to be true all the dishes are great and cooked to perfection. The service has always been impeccable whenever we have been there and a very special mention to Mahesh, Sacheet and Amresh plus all the other staff… very attentive and just a pleasure to be there. Would highly recommend this place… really worth a visit.
