Station Grill - (Near Kent, South East)

1 /5 Darren: The Station Grill (Warning!) After waiting 1 and a half hours! We phoned up and was told our order would be delivered in a few minutes… After 3 hours waiting time from ordering! we phoned again, to be told our food was delivered to a different address 30 mins ago! Not to our address and that is that! Then he ended the phone call! Our address is correct on the Uber Eats App and not the address they delivered it to! It appears you pay your hard earned money in good faith and they make a mistake and you pay for their shoddy, unethical, substandard, abysmal, incompetence! The manager was very rude, patronising and shouted aggressively, while continually talking over me! Kept telling me I don’t understand that they delivered the food (BUT NOT TO MY ADDRESS!) He Definitely should not be dealing with the public or in charge of a business. We phoned back and I said this isn’t the end and we either get our food? or our money back! He came to my house shouting at me-and still talking over me! He had food, not our order though! A completely different order that we didn’t order… we didn’t eat it just incase it was tainted, due to all the arguing…We had ordered a Triple Burger with Chips, a Chicken Shish Kebab with Chips and Mixed meat and Chips, we was given after 3 hours, meat and Chips x3(Nowhere near what we ordered and no sauces that we specified) He phoned me later (the Manager) to say sorry, which I really appreciated and he said if we complained on Uber Eats he would fully refund us our money. I was happy with this offer and happy to put the ordeal/matter to bed; until I saw the refund we received back. We was offered two pounds something and after replying to offer this we got 25 pounds in total. Not a full refund of 48 pounds and 65 pence, hence why I wrote this review. We basically lost our money(25 pounds) through no fault of our own! As an innocent party ordering like we’ve done many times before from other places, with No issues. Reading through the other reviews on here, many people have said they waited hours for their order! I feel this business is disingenuous in telling people their food was delivered elsewhere and hoping people don’t follow up on their order, calling and chasing them to see what’s going on? Hopefully I’m wrong and his delivery drivers are just completely incompetent! Or had a bad night… Either way, it isn’t the customers fault… If the Manager stuck to his word and fully refunded us… I would have definitely not left this review. Sadly, he went back on his word after agreeing that because his food took over 3 hours to arrive! Plus we received an order that wasn’t ours (He said he would fully refund us) As they apparently delivered ours to a different location/address! If that’s even true? which is dubious and not even our issue! Long story short if you’re likely to be hungry in 3 hours time, from when you order, this is the place to order from and if your food gets delivered to you! Well done that’s a miracle!… plus you might not get what you ordered either! (To sum up…) Very strange, rudimental, business ethics and customer service, offered by this food distributor… I Highly recommend that you avoid at all costs and NEVER ORDER A TAKEAWAY from here! A discombobulated delivery service with nonchalant, inconsiderate, arrogant, patronising staff… lacking any will to remedy or resolve their incompetence and error’s! Avoid! At all costs… Hopefully one day the Station Grill will get back on Track!

1 /5 Natalie Atkins: If i could give this -1 I would. Chicken was UNDERCOOKED. Was bright pink and slodgy. Chips looked like they had been sat there all day and night. Sauce was lumpy and stuck to the pot. Me and my partner ordered two chicken kebabs, Chips and sauces. Could not even stomach one mouthful complete waste of money and will be reporting to Food standard agency in the morning - on top of this waited 45 minutes for them to ignore my calls finally turning up with no apology. Not surprised to be honest; clearly do not care about their food standards so why would they care about customers awaiting.

5 /5 affan: I recently visited this pizza and donner shop and was genuinely impressed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The pizza had a perfect balance of crispy crust, rich sauce, and gooey cheese, with toppings that tasted high-quality and well-seasoned. The donner was just as good — tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, served with fresh salad and delicious sauces that tied everything together. The staff were friendly, quick, and welcoming, and the shop was clean and comfortable. Whether youre grabbing a quick bite or ordering a full meal, this place delivers great value and great taste. Highly recommended if youre craving proper comfort food done right!

2 /5 Ashley Bransden: We have used station grill for years now but tonight I had a lamb doner that was amazing my wife had a small lamb shish which was not the normal lamb she has it had some kind of spice on it and had the smallest dollop of burger sauce. She was not happy. I normally cant praise station grill enough but tonight was not as good as normal.
